I made these affirmations for myself and keep a printout of them at my work desk. I find I’m much more focused and reliable when I take a few minutes to go over my affirmations every day.It really boosts-up my energy and I feel full of life while going through the printout. Affirmations work on a subconscious level because instead of saying “I want to be”, you say “I am”, and that is much more powerful.
