Fun ways for using scrapes that will otherwise end up in landfill.....
It’s been a long time for the post of the fab sq. the layered and basted part has been done for ages. And with this pic for the crocheted part, it was fun using cotton thread and only treble stitches on all of them. I used white baroque yarn 100% cotton.
My next job is to assemble them into……….in what? Is deep into the future!
What are some of your favorite stash-busting projects?
This is my stash- busting project…
I may be nut about fabric collection. I don’t know why! I don’t really sew for the purpose of reducing my fabric collection. Infect I hate using up every bit of any fabric and keep scraps of just about everything I have used and loved. If the stash needs busting, I do a round of de-cluttering.
Don’t we always love our most recent acquisition the best? Right now I’m nutty about these fabric you can see in the picture.
I don’t know! i really post the oldies for preserving my creations. In fact I hate using them up all the time I use them off and on so that I can appreciate my creations my art. Again its boring to use the things till their last… I use some of the furnishings in my living room then they sits in their house for indefinite period…
