Yes I am green!!! and I am frugal!!! I hate putting things out that can be used!!!
This is the pattern that leads to use your scraps...
Material used 270 ramments of flowered and bold fabric (i used all type-of fabric:cotton, polyester mix, silk, linen etc) each measuring 12 cm (4 3/4 inches) square: 270 patches of muslin for wadding. White Baroque cotton: 1400 gm (50 oz). Crochet hook size C.
Making the bedspread
Cut the muslin for wadding into 10 cm (4 inch squares as described here in pictures
*Place a square of wadding(muslin onto the wrong side of a square fabric. Turn over edges and baste in place with long stitches as illustrated ...here.
Note: the corners should be neat and accurate. No raw edges should show on the right side and the patch should be completely flat.press carefully.
press under edges of a square piece of same print fabric with a slightly wider seam allowance to make it a little smaller than the first square. Place squars with rong sides together, and baste.
Work blanket stitch around edges, making the stitches 5 mm (1/4 inches)apart.Do not pull stitches too tight or the crochet hook will not go through them.
Work a crochet border in two rounds of double crochet. Work the first round into the blanket stitches and shape corners by working 2 double crochets into the last stitch of a side, chain 2 then work 2 double crochets, 1 chain 2 double crochets into the corner chain.
When all 135 squars are finished, weave in the ends then arrange them on a flat surface. Sew the arrangement together in strips, then sew the strips together. Work a crochet border around the bedspread in 6 rounds of double crochets, i chain, 2 double crochets, 1 chain, 2 double crochets into the corner chains. In next 7th round work *1 double crochet 3 chain skip 2 double crochets and 1
double crochet in the 3rd double crochet* reoeat for entire round, corners will be same as previous rounds. The last round is simple picot stitch. Weave in all ends, so that they do not show on either side.

Several projects in a time…
I’m in the habit of always having multiple projects in progress. It all depends on the crochet thing how much attention it requires. For making thing with circles, especially during increases it requires interruptions, attention, close attention, I can’t crochet these things while talking or watching TV. I can crochet the thing with triple crochet at rhythmic passion during watching TV
Good Night!
